um along lake merced. and i think that boulevard um hmm. go ahead. i would say to that that working out looks different for a lot of people people walking right now. i think some people it gives them more stress when they think oh, i gotta get the gym because its goal oriented in terms of losing weight or something like that, as opposed to kind of one workout at a time. whatever finding whatever makes us individually feel like were feeling better after it. yeah exactly. and when i work with folks, i make it functional. so you know, getting out moving your body. um whatever that maybee sometimes it's going to the grocery store four times a week instead of one time a week to take those walks. uh walking your dog. more than five minutes . um just to, uh make, you know , having a little extra walk. um, um, you know, again, doing things with friends outside, um meal prepping there's a picture . yes. um yes, you know, and there's a lot of different, um, apps out there that can help you with not just relaxation, but helping you stay motivated, staying motiv
