they really developed quickly as it got near lake michigan, now they're out over lake michigan. out to the west around dodge county. a couple of showers. there's a couple isolated thundershowers going on now in dodge county. thes northeast out of our area. the bigger storms are in the line that is to the northern part of the state, north central part of the state. you can see them extending all the way back into southeastern minnesota. as we get in close on the county here, you can see there's a cluster that used to be tornadic. they actually had a tornado warning out about an hour and a half ago. some bigger thunderstorms right now pushing into the fox valley. there's a severe thunderstorm warning there. the big threat is mainly wind. overnight tonight, through the day tomorrow, at times and into early on thursday, a flood watch has been posted for southeastern wisconsin. that excludes milwaukee, racine, kenosha, and also walworth county. we could get heavy rainfall. the heaviest rain should be to the northern part of the viewing area, fond du lac, sheboygan county, maybe dodge

high temperatures across the 66 in la crosse, closer to lake michigan much cooler there. but that cooler air is going to slide to the east with a low pressure system. current temperature is 60 in sheboygan, also in beaver dam. 60 in whitewater. 57 in racine. this is our kenosha tower cam. rain and lightning out over the lake. if you live near the lake you probably watching out your window and eking flashes to the east. temperature right kenosha, north winds, dew point at 48. so here is the radar from earlier this morning. and earlier this morning we had a line of showers that passed through. now we're looking at the second line coming in from the east, not the west. and the line of showers with lightning, and thunder, and there are just a couple of storms left as they weaken, as they get close to the lakeshore in kenosha and in racine. so milwaukee county, racine and you can see there is a big break of sunshine and clearing a little dry air slot over southeastern wisconsin. the only folks who expect any rain tonight are you folks in racine, kenosha and milwaukee. here is

dramatic rescue on lake michigan. sheri was walking along the beach when she saw a father and son struggling. she's former lifeguard, and she put her training to use. >> i never intended on going out there. i only went out because the father was in distress. i was padding focusing on holding the daupd. he was in shock at that point. >> just then a boater pulled up and tossed another life jacket into the water. he and the local sheriff's department eventually were able to pull the father and son to safety. >> that's good to hear. can i tell you, i saw a little sun today. yes, i did. very exciting. >> i think right now in boston >> it was encouraging because i know hermine is still there and still has influence. >> you know it's a little more tropical now because you can be like sunny one minute and a little shower the next. it's still swirling around, but only kind of disappearing slowly with time and the shower activity has been decreasing. but we still have a little bit of it here. here's the biggest thing still. it'
