right now, it's 73 degrees in lakeland and bartow, brooksville, inverness, 72. still a toasty 79 degrees right it has to do with the area of low pressure. it has been stubborn, sitting there just south of the panhandle of florida. and with the wind flow around it, it's just sending these waves of rain onshore. we saw it all day yesterday, some on saturday as well. and look at this, the forecast for 7:30 this morning. just a little bit of time forward from now. and look at the rain that will be possible in the citrus, hernando, pasco and even pinellas and hillsborough area. as the day no progresses, more still a good rain chance south of i-4 in places like highlands, hardee, desoto, manatee and sarasota just not as good as what we're going to see farther to the north. during the afternoon, maybe even getting in some breaks during the afternoon but more rain off the gulf of mexico. so our rain chances, 70% today. 60% tomorrow. and it takes us until friday to get down to 40% rain chances. and at that point, we finally get temperatures to go back around here. meredi
