lana zack has the latest. >> reporter: good afternoon one white house aid told abc the accusations have played a role in president trump's decision not to campaign in alabama for republican candidate roy. for the first time we're hearing from the woman who said she was just 14 when she said roy tried to sexually assault her. >> i was a 14-year-old child playing to play in an adult world he removed my clothing and left the room and came back in wearing his white underwear and he touched me over my clothing what was left of it, and he tried to get me to touch him, as well. >> reporter: roy moore has repeatedly denied the allegation and of 6 other women who claim to have contact with him them when he was 30. >> they are untrue. >> roy moore denies these allegations and further says he does not know you. >> i wonder how many he doesn't know. >> reporter: she said she was a republican voter who never paid to tell her story. she didn't come forward because she was worried about her children. for his part president trump has not weighed in, but the budget director said the president is leaving

abc's lana zack is live in washington, d.c. with more on this latest allegation and the growing call for moore to step down. lana. >> reporter: good morning to you, jessica. more people are coming forward in support of the women and their allegations, but few people, if any, particularly none here in washington, are coming forward in support of candidate roy moore. republicans are abandoning alabama senate candidate roy moore as another woman comes forward to say moore sexual assaulted her when she was just 16. >> i tried fighting him off while yelling at him to stop, but instead of stopping he began squeezing my neck, attempting to force my head on to his crotch. >> reporter: beverley young nelson says moore was a regular in the restaurant where she worked and offered to give her a ride home but instead drove her behind the restaurant where she claims he became sexually aggressive. she fought him off but says moore warned her to keep silent. this is the fifth woman to come out against moore, he denies the allegations. >> i don'
