from where i am standing at 51st and lancaster. a woman with a stroller comes across the street and stops here on this corner on the other side of lancaster avenue at the corner of 51st and at some point she turned and the little boy darts out from two parked cars there, not necessarily the cars that you see there, but he comes out into the street and then he is hit by the trolley. the trolley then comes to a stop by that blue building. take a look at video from the scene after the impact as rescuers were here. we were told bicep that police and the philadelphia fire department they arrived on scene just minutes after the 911 call was placed and the 2-year-old boy was trapped underneath the trolley and he was dead at the scene and rescuers tried for a half an hour before they were able to retrieve him from under that trolley. investigators are still working to figure out more about what happened, but again, that video that we have seen shows that boy running across the street. there was an adult on the other side of the street and

police in her area lancaster county are calling her death suspicious after she was discovered in her dorm room at millersville university. at this point they have charged her boyfriend with aggravated assault. they said during the investigation they found the two had physical altercation hours before she was discovered. saturday and sunday, police responded to a call of cardiac arrest and found her in her dorm room. the boyfriend 19-year-old of ken net square is in lancaster county prison charged with aggravated assault that stems from an earlier incident. millersville university and the borough police are confident there's no danger to the campus or the community. an autopsy is expected to be performed today on the victim. >> i guess it's kind of crazy. millersville is a safe campus, i feel very safe. to hear gth something like that has happened, i feel safe. >> reporter: the boyfriend was arraigned in front of a lancaster county district justice. his bail charged with a first degree felony is set at $1.5 million. he didn't post-it. he is in jail today. reporting live from the sat c
