reporter: eventually, first and foremost this morning, the bovine report, i feel like i'm back in lancaster. the cow was running around earlier. the cow was moved off into the parking lot and loaded on the trailer. the cow is gone, everything is fine. farther south on i-95 a vehicle was facing sideways by enterprise avenue, the crash is gone now. the lanes are open, but the roads are slushy and slippery, leading to accidents like this. 309 near spring house, southbound lanes near norristown road crashed taking out the right-hand side lane. we have a zone on the ramp from the blue route southbound near the schuylkill expressway that cleared in the last half-hour. this ramp reopened. the main lanes of the blue route 476, as you can see are wet at this point. one last live look in coatsville, chester county. this gives you an idea what the secondary roads are like. business 30 at caln road by jack's pizza. you have slush and the roads are partially covered. >> the snow system is moving out of the area while some of the it is on the secondary roads. the action cam was in moorestown burlington c
