lancaster county coroner says 54-year-old richard boulder died in a natural gas explosion over the weekend he's from east lampeter township, he and his crew were responding to reports avenue gas leak. two other people with them survive. the nts were is investigating. developing story out of north philadelphia neighbors found a child size coffin along the 3,000 block of west clearfield avenue. now philadelphia police say that body was not inside but there was a bag. and they say that bag was filled with organs that appear to belong to a small child or infant. police also say that it look like someone probably tried to pry open the lid. >> it looke looked like somethig straight out of thriller. we and didn't know somebody pop us out or eat us. we didn't know if something was alive in there. >> the coffin was across from cemetery but police have not found any graves that may match it. >>> new jersey is back open for business early this morning new jersey governor chris christie signed the state's final budget after a three hiv day government shut down. the governor signed $34.7 billion budget
