denver7 reporter lance hernandez is at swedish hospital. you've learned roccy allen worked at four other hospitals. >> reporter: he was fired from three of them just like at swedish either because he was ccught exchanging syringes or because he tested positive for fentanyl. now rocky allen managed to move from hospital to hospital without listing his previous hospital employment. %- we also learned that he was a navy veteran who served in `fghanistan. but did see injured soldiers. he received a general discharge following an incident in the navy that's still under investigation. prosecutors say allennposes a danger to the community because he was caught at one of those hospitals going through a sharps container fiiled with used needles, but his defense attorney says there's no evidence presented that the syringe he used to replace the fentanyl at swedish was allegedly a used syringe. now at swedish allen was in an operating room that he wasn't assigned to. %- the witness says she thinks he may have done the same thing a few days beforehand,
