. >>> reporter: 39-year-old lance silva was in a dublin courtroom this afternoon. prosecutors there are looking to revoke his probation in alameda county because of the developments in the egg missing persons case here in san francisco. the judge today did not release him and did not set any terms for his release. the next hearing is set for the next two weeks. prosecutors filed a probable cause statement outlining new details in the case saying, silva was arrested on august 16th for identity theft and fraud for the hiring of a hazmat clean-up company on 8- 14-18 to clean up the missing person's residential using his debit card. authorities say he used the same card to buy a 2007 bmw on june 1st. they said he wasn't the man who picked the car but when they saw silva's mugshot, they said that's more like him. silva's appearance in the mugshot looked the same on the photo as the day on the vehicle purchase. for now silva is still in alameda county custody. the other man arrested in connection with the case, 52- year-old robert mccaffrey, was released from custody. i
