i am lance toma, c.e.o. of the healthser center. newest community funded. we are to provide medical care integrated with behavioral healthcare for those struggles with mental illness and homelessness. also could chair of the san francisco hiv/aids network. our h.i.v. safety net is incredible. community of providers working to care for the most marginalized. city wide to get to zero h.i.v. infection, zero h.i.v. deaths and related stigma require the safety net intact. we are providing care. hiv prevention and substance abuse and homelessness. as h.i.v. community planning we do have several budget asks to allow us to remain intact and advance goals. first, backfill federal cuts to ryan white that our city is experiencing in $66,600 for the upcoming year. second 3% cost of doing business increase for grant funded contracts. the general fund contracts received increases, grant funded contracts don't. $3 million in housing subsidies we are asking for. this is city wide ask that we are working across as well. thank you very much. >> next speaker, please. >> i am
