landon doubty is here with the business news. good morning. >> hi, tracy. good morning. the markets are digesting the fed's decision to hold off on raising interest rates, the fed noting while the u.s. is improving developments in global markets specifically in china could cause a risk to the economy. fed chair janet yellen says there is a chance for a hike this year. on wall street futures point to a flat open. stocks all over the map after the decision thursday. ended with small gains and losses, the dow and nasdaq are on pace for the second week of gains. the dow down 65 points yesterday to 16674, the nasdaq rising 4 to 4893. several apple customers report they're devices crashed when they tried to update. some took to social media saying it failed. that's likely because too many people tried to download at the same time. others say their older devices froze and apple encountered several bugs in ios 8. >> thanks. have a nice weekend. >>> good morning. i'm meteorologist brittney shipp. we're going to see a mild start in philadelphia but a cool start in the suburbs. i'l
