langford. >> yes, sir. going back to president obama speech, identifying some of these as inadequate. i would agree that we have some federal programs that we need to be able to identify and work with. we need to identify those programs. let's deal with that. but i do have a series of questions. i noticed in your testimony committee referred to a senate action to try to put into the senate rules a duplication requirement. that is something i personally worked on. to be able to identify duplicate programs before they go into effect. in the middle of all that testimony, you also mentioned the process of the audit. there are billions of dollars that have been recovered. we do have some issues on that. they are pulling about 30% of the files from these hospitals and doctors offices for just a normal doctor's visit, identifying those, not paying those for any length of time. it becomes a hostile exchange labor for 30% of the cash will gets pulled. they're honest positions, they can go back as far as they wanted
