redwood high in larkspur is an award-winning school but at more than 60 years old, it's buildings have seen better days. >> our school, as you can see, it is a little rundown, especially on inside. that gets a little hot sometimes. the buildings and the classrooms are small. it's hard and -- to get enough state funding for things like this. there are other priorities. we understand that. >> the high school district is voting to put a bond measure on the ballot for march 2024 that would raise money to upgrade the facilities at its three comprehensive high schools, including redwood, and archie williams. >> the bottom line is, we have roots that need to be attended to. we have outdated heating and plumbing and cooling systems. electrical systems. >> but it goes far beyond that. new athletic fields and solar canopies are planned for all three campusesnew classrooms, and a new $104 million cafeteria and comments building for redwood high. the cost for all of this, the ballot measure says it will raise $517 million in revenue, but if you add in the cost of the interest on the 30 year bonds,

it is now 52 in novato, backing through larkspur.t is in the mid 50s and throughout the tri valley, including livermore, pleasanton and in dublin. how about 57 degrees from palo alto through redwood shores. winds are slight and fact the winds will not be problematic with this incoming system. they will blow out of the southeast and the east at times up to 15. otherwise, we're starting to see bands of clouds work their way into the bay area . and this is it right here. this is a very complex area of low pressure. you know, when it originated in the gulf of alaska, it prompted a snow emergency and anchorage. and that is rare because they're used to the snow in anchorage. but it tells us that there's a lot of dynamics associated with it. let's go ahead and take a look at our future cast. and you can see that it is off the coast all the way through friday. in fact, it retrograded and then pushed back towards the seashore there. and you see that the coastal areas and the mountainous areas around the coast will see the most precipitation.
