larry and i worked for you in the white house, bush 41, long time ago, fourth runner to nec.ral reserve but you were head of the nec. i want to bring you onto talk a little bit. you heard the discussion. let's talk a little bit about economic policy but i want to get your perspective as head of the nec about policy making in the white house, you ran a book about what every president should know. how do you see the policy making process in this administration, what advice would you give publicly, how would you do it differently, maybe give the audience a sense of what is policy making in the west wing look like? >> well, one piece of advice that i would give, it's kind of ironic, we wept from an administration with having no -- no one with any business at all to all any one has is business experience. when it comes to experience, i'm a great deliver in diversity and we went from one nondiverse situation to another. i think they are on a learning curve on how washington works and i think that the president has learned one lesson, important lesson, from the healthcare bill, you
