the premise of the play, we named it, larry craig, infamous for wide stance. mark foley, the page scandal that we had in '06. mark sanford, mr. appalachian trail. then anthony weiner, the one with twitter. give me -- what's the plot? like what's the premise here? >> the premise is that you've got these four famous politic n politicians doing incredibly stupid things. famous for the wrong reasons. we have politicians that do this kind of stuff all the time. all of us make mistakes but these guys made mistakes on an epic level. i wanted to show politicians who really blundered, using only the actual things they said. >> that's your screen play. you're using their words. give me the plot line. >> we start by meeting all of the politicians actually getting sworn in. rachel as the clerk of the house swears them all in as they originally were. they were originally all house members. then we start each scene separately. we see larry craig from rise to fall. then we see wiener from rise to fall. foley -- >> every time you say "wiener rise to fall," you get laughter? >

his time representing the likes of nfl quarter back michael vick, actor wesley snipes, senator larry craigthe mother of monica lewinsky. defense attorney and cnn legal analyst paul kalin joins me now. wow, billy martin, these middle-class people. how can they afford this? >> well, this is a very high profile case, potentially and maybe they're thinking about starting a libel, slander, invasion of privacy case on behalf of their daughter in which case possibly billy martin's taking it on a contingency basis. his fee could be a third of what he recovers. of course we don't know. he might be taking it pro bono because he believes in the issues that are presented and let's face it, there might be publicity with the case. >> i'm just wondering because, like, if i had to hire an attorney to protect the reputation of my daughter, billy mar tune wouldn't pop into my head. i would go to the yellow pages and go to a local attorney. but they're not doing that. >> i think because of the high-profile nature of this case they are probably getting sophisticated advice about who the top legal players are

larry and cheryl? >> spencer, thanks so much. >>> a public memorial service was held today in san jose for the cal fire air tanker pilot who died two weeks ago near yosemite. craig hunt flew for cal fire for 13 years. he was a navy pilot before that. abc 7 news reporter david louie joins us from the church on the hill where the service was held. david? >> reporter: well, rangers for the national park service and firefighters from across the state gathered here to honor craig hunt. this service also served as an important reminder to all of them how dangerous their jobs are. it was a time to pay tribute to a hero, one of those nameless souls who saves lives from aircraft in order to drop retardant over fast-spreading wildfires in support of ground crews. >> he touched the lives and saved the lives of people who never, ever got to meet him. he was a hero. >> reporter: 63-year-old craig hunt was part of the 28-member team of cal fire pilots. hunt flew an s 2-t air tanker for years, like the one that did a flyover for the estimated 1,000 mourners atÑç this memori service. he perished two weeks ago near yosemite at the dog rock fire. they were family members, colleag
