turning to our political analyst, larry gerston, the president faces several legal battles in several states. how significant is this one in new york? >> it interesting to me, sets to send lee, really not. conspiracy, the washington case deals with obstruction, and the case in miami, interference. this is not that big of a deal that way. but symbolically that is a different issue. symbolically. now you're talking about character. character counts for a lot of people. take about how this may hit evangelicals. the hush money payment went to an adult actress, right? so it's a payoff. how will it fit with them? how does it fit with women who are already pretty upset because of the right to choose issue? so we don't know. to add to that, a couple of other things for the former president, how about that $455 million payment he has to make because of bank fraud? okay, and also how that e.g. carol, $88 million for sexual abuse and defamation of character? put all of these things together, there's an awful lot going not too favorably for the president right now. >> what are you hearing about t
