larry krasner, democrat for district attorney. >>> you should look closely at your past and future billse customers in philadelphia should neve have to pay. here's our nydia han with what to look out for. >> reporter: it turns out directv has been making a mistake, charging some of its customers in philadelphia and elsewhere a certain monthly fee. it now promises to issue a credit to customers, but better check to make sure you get it. directv custer kevin booker may be getting some money back. >> i put in a complaint to have it investigated but i never got a callback yet. >> reporter: but you might want to put in a call too. kendrick now admits to inaccurately charging some philadelphia customers the regional sports network or rsn fees the company said the mistake occurred during a price adjustment in january. the issue came to light when a blog consumerist varied by zip code in ways that don't make sense. for instance, why should directv customers in these zip codes pay $50 more a year than their neighbors when they get the same programming package? turns out they probably shouldn't. >
