. >> i'm larry miller. we are getting you up and out the door this morning.nesday morning to you. let's check in now with miri marshall to see how things are shaping up mid week. >> hey, good morning, larry, good morning, everyone. quiet morning out there, and we are anticipating quiet weather until we get to the weekend. temperatures outside right now in the 50s, but it is much colder as you look out west. look at that, in oakland in western maryland 36 degrees. about 20 degrees warmer here in d.c. with a temperature of 56 degrees. today you'll find the highs between 62 and 67 degrees, partly sunny and cooler, a few clouds will float in here and there, but for the most part we are expecting a nice amount of sunshine with winds out of the west/northwest at 5 to 10 miles per hour. now, this is what it looks like over the next few hours. you' in and out. that's why we went with the partly sunny forecast this. is going to be at noon today. it looks good now, but watch those clouds out west that will move in our direction as a weak cold front approaches our area.

larry miller has got more. what have you learned?ice say that one suspect is down and they do not believe there are any more suspects out there. two people are currently dead. more than 20 people injured as a result of the shooting. people at the concert started posting video of the scene on twitter. here's what one user posted. ♪ [ music ] [gunshots] >> just to give you context you can hear the gunshots during the jason al dean performance at that concert. he was on stage performing. you see it there and hear the gunshots and the stage goes to black and that's when the panic begins. that shooting happening at 10:30 local time. witnesses tell cbs news at least one witness said she heard 100 rounds of gunfire go off. witnesses saw muzz from the upper floors across las vegas boulevard. that concert has a lot of people concerned about what's going on in that area. here's what one woman said. >> so there's a shooting. there's a shooting. what the [bleep] >> and a number of videos being posted similar to that. people just understandablely

a ge spokesperson told cnbc that the dividend remains a, quote, top priority with miller thaiback and larryd and matt maily, listen, ge honestly, the stock i call it the black diamond company because the stock chart looks like a steep ski slope lately, but does that make it a good value? you want to buy low, right and the dividend, and the saying they're not going to cut it, leaves a cloud overhanging on the stock and as you mentioned, you'll look at the chart and in june it broke below its upward sloping trend channel that goes all of the way back to 2009 with the credit crisis and it's broken well below it, and now we're slightly breaking the 2015 lows which gives us a major lower low which nobody likes to see. if they come back in the next day or two and really defend it, maybe we can see a nice bounce off of the key support level and this will be a headfake, but the break below the 2015 lows and this is a big overhang and if we don't get any defense of that dividend thing it will trade into the high teens. >> wow larry mcdonald, are you that negative on ge >> in the capitulation model w
