montgomery county reporter kevin lewis is live to share his candid interview with the 18-year-old. kevin? kevin: hi there, larry. this young man spoke to us in hopes of clearing his name. he admits to vandalizing the shaare torah synagogue congregation but admits this is only meant to be a silly teenage prank. according to sebastian espinoza-carranza, he and three other teens were hanging out in the kentlands last monday evening when they devised a plan to deface the synagogue. they purchased white spray paint, and grabbed halloween masks and at 2:00 a.m. they desecrated the temple. they had acronym k.k.k. and other hate language. he says he's not racist or prejudice and in fact has a number of jewish friends and considers this to be a foolish teenage mistake but not an intentional hate crime. >> i want to go and apologize to the jewish community. it was a really stupid prank and he wasn't really really bad error there that i did. it's hard for me you know i'm really disappointed and sorry for what happened. reporter: as for the three other teens, it's very likely they, too, will face charges. i asked sebastian
