[applause] >> thanks very much. great to see such a terrific turnout today. this is such an exciting moment in the history of the pac 12 conference. on behalf all 12 universities and our presidents and chancellors that guide the conference as our board of directors, i want to thank everyone who has been part of the process to bring us here today. this is truly a seminal moment for the conference. it is an exciting time in college sports in general. there is no more exciting place to be that in the pac 12. we have a dynamic and bold vision for college sports and the future of our conference. it is an exciting time for television and technology in general. our conference aims to be not just a leader in college sports, but also leading the way in terms of the future of content and distribution through many different technologies. and launching seven networks in august as opposed to one and all that will follow from that is an indication of a new model. we look at our conference as in the corridor of innovation out here
