this morning tropical storm debby is lashing parts of florida. residents in low-lying areas along the gulf coast are being urged to leave. the storm is creeping along, dumping heavy rain and dropping isolated tornadoes. one person has reportedly been killed. debby is about 115 miles off florida's west coast with winds clocking in at 60 miles per hour. tropical storm warnings run along the gulf coast to central florida and a tropical storm wafrp watch runs from further south. some parts of northern florida could get as much as 25 inches of rain. althea paul from tampa bay is north of tampa with more. >> there is believed to have been a tornado that touched down in this area behind me. you can look and see a tree that was brought down by those heavy winds. not only downed trees, there are fences that have been blown own. there are parts of roofs ripped off. again, it's not just the wind. they were dealing with some flooding, but the majority of the flooding in pasco county is on the west side of a highway called u.s. 19. in that area there were mob
