. >> harris: laura engle, we'll come back to you as you learn about the explosives found on the campus. let dpoez to danny colson, a former fbi director, hostage rescue team commander. joining us by phone. these are disturbing details because we thought that perhaps the situation might be over. mr. colson, what are your thoughts at this point? >> well, my main thought, very frankly, is that schools have to take this stuff very seriously. my company does a lot of active shooter training especially for schools. we recommend that every door in the school be locked. so people can indiscriminately walk around the school shooting people. you have to make it as difficult as you can to interrupt those things, and keep them from happening. >> harris: how do you make it difficult? >> i'm perfectly prepared to discuss this. the school needs to be in lockdown. teachers have ability with fobs and things to move around the school. anybody that walks into the school has to go through a locked door. if not they have free run of the school until their adrenaline rush stops and they're apprehended or? s

laura engle is there tonight in the saga that ignited the "me too" movement. >> it was not the type of -- he was photographed and fingerprinted. >> this defendant used his position, money, and power to lure young women in situations where he was able to violate them sexually. >> weinstein is chargeded with three sex crime that is could land him 25 years in prison. rape in the first degree, criminal sexual act in the first degree, and rape in the third degree. 80 have accused weinstein of misconduct, ranging from inappropriate touching to rape. weinstein maintains these were never non-consensual encounters. >> that is not what this is about. bad behavior is not on trial in this case. >> this was a pivotal moment in the "me too" movement, which has seen an uprising of women who feel empowered to share their stories of abuse. one of the most outspoken, actress rose mcgowan who says weinstein raped her nearly 20 years ago. >> he was ordered to stay within the new york and connecticut areas. he has until next wednesday to decide if he's going to testify before the grand jury. >> thank you.

brian: laura engle is live with details. laura, what was it like? reporter: it was pandemonium. movie premier, lights flashing this was much different. suv pulled up in new york city police department first pre-sent, he got out of the suv looking somber. he appeared to hold three books under his arms or three types of paperwork tucked under him. he had a blue sweater on and a black colt. he walked slowly when reporters were screaming questions to him. asking him if he had anything to say to his accusers. he did not offer comment. went through the big blue doors at the first precincts as you mentioned we can now confirm harvey weinstein is now officially under arrest. we are awaiting the charges. that is of course a very important part of these proceedings to find out exactly what he will be charged with. as we know there are many accusers who have said that harvey weinstein has sexually assaulted them. those accusations range from inappropriate touching to assault to rape and we have been told that he will be going over to the criminal courthouse after this. also we're told that
