i )m laura garcia. >>> a very good wednesday morning to you.s so much for joining us for "today in the bay," i'm laura garcia. >> i'm marcus washington, we want to check in with mike inouye tracking a deadly accident in east bay. >> we have a very tough scene, sky ranger is over the scene at westbound 24. down to one lane in the off ramp at broadway. westbound is the commute direction. as i step into the scene we have caltrans vehicles and chp and we have other emergency tows there. this vehicle on its roof, another one there and couple of others have actually been cleared from the scene. we have an investigation of this deadly crash which will remain. the coroner's van, i don't see it. it has to arrive for an investigation there. as we look back at the maps, we're looking at the big backup for west 24 out of the caldecott tunnel. there's not a great alternate for folks through the area. grisly peak fish ranch, tunnel road, they are start to get more crowded and folks trying to get around clermont hills. that will be an issue for folks in oakla
