laura ingraham.u think happened here. >> in the last 30 years we have seen decline in educational standards as washington has laid down its dictates from the department of education. and i think kind of the old ways of teaching were generally regarded as outdated and old fashioned but part of the problem with that is that there is a baseline that's missing of knowledge for young people. and i think when you compare us to some of these other countries, obviously you see the differential. and we should also remember that we all bought into this idea of globalism, right? it was going to be great to have all this trade with with all these other countries and it was going to work out well for us but, you know, i think we have seen that it's been a lot harder for measures toibility great into the global economy than some of the experts believed it would be. >> what would be younger americans knot knowing anything. >> we have to understand that we are always go going to have a group of people bill that are

joining us laura ingraham. you heard my debate with aaron goolsbee and you say?i think what can be conclude canned now is even if the letter of the law was not violated, member it was 2009 imflementing regulation bill on the federal records act which said that agency email had to be preserved but it wasn't clear on private vs. official email. the language. it gives mrs. clinton wiggle room there. the intent behind the law for someone as smart as hillary clinton is obvious. we want integrity in the record-keeping process. the gate keeper should be the state department, not the individual who is working for the u.s. taxpayers in this case, of course mrs. clinton. so the problem with the analysis is it's the transparency, it's for historical purposes. it's for congressional year sight purposes. that the individual who is subject to the regulation is not determining what emails are preserved and what emails are not preserved. >> if she chose to go private, which she did, i think collin paul did some of that too when he was secretary of state. she had to preserve them
