the right lane is now blocked and we are getting word that it's backing up to laurel at this point so you work your way through there. our second accident in the south bay is northbound 87 at julian and if you look at our map you are seeing 18 miles per hour on the northbound side of 87. so we are seeing some delays in and around that area where that accident is, drive times reflect that, we are seeing about a 13 minute ride right now north 87, 85 to 101, typically that's about a nine minute ride. so you want 280 also looks good this morning, so far so good at least for those two freeways out of the south bay. the one at julian is blocking at least one lane. getting word of this accident, the right lane blocked, chp headed out to the scene there. we are seeing delays as you work your way through there on that southbound side of 680 and not too far from there, westbound highway 4 starting to bog down a little bit this morning as you work your way through pittsburg, extra busy from more cars on the roadway trying to avoid the bart delays this morning. over to the bay bridge we go where
