lauren coronado from our sister station in los angeles has the details. >> reporter: we are down the street from that bar. you can see law enforcement blocking the road for the investigation, and witnesses described the night as chaotic, just awful. they say people were running and hiding and ducking as the shots rang out in the bar. according to the orange county sheriff's department the shooting happened around 7:00 last night here at cook's corner, a biker bar. the gunman walked in and started shooting randomly. three were killed and six others were injured, five of who were shot. of the injured, two are in the hospital in critical condition, and four others are considered stable. the shooter, who we are told, was former law enforcement, was shot and killed by responding deputies. as for the investigation, deputies say one weapon was recovered from the bar last night, and at least 30 to 40 witnesses were expected to be interviewed overnight. a devastating night, and a lengthy investigation under way. we expect to learn much more about those who were killed and those injured as wel
