abc 7 news reporter lauren lyster tells us the governor is calling the wildfire conditions unprecedentedorter: crews face fast moving wind as they continue to battle a wildfire raging in central washington. the blaze turned deadly near the town of twist. >> it was a hell storm and the winds were blowing in every direction. >> reporter: three firefighters were killed and four more were injured, one critically when winds apparently shifted unexpectedly and flames overtook the crews' vehicle. >> we know that these fires have burned a big hole in our state's heart. these are three big heroes protecting small towns. >> reporter: family of the critically injured firefighter arrived at the medical center in seattle overnight. the 25-year-old man whose name hasn't been released is in intensive care suffering burns to about 60% of his body. in california fires forced evacuations of national parks. east of oakland billowing smoke can be seen for miles and air tankers are used to help try to contain the blaze. in oregon governor brown toured damage of wildfire that destroyed three dozen homes. >> o
