let's start with meteorologist lauren ricketts.hing the alarms going off and let me take you to the maps and this is the newest warning that has popped up and it goes from the city of winchester out towards clark county and into the eastern panhandle of west virginia and that goes until 5:15, doug. that's moving right along route 7 towards we went through last thursday and we're looking at rain rates around in southern maryland where we're still seeing severe warning and the rain rates, an inch and a half at times and we'll take you now back out to the shenandoah valley again and show you this one coming through rappahannock and paige county and that's another through luray and this will continue to move out towards kull pepper and south of warrenton and head to stafford county and this one out of winchester and we'll continue to watch that red right there and the flash flood warning going until 5:30, please, please, please, do not drive across flooded roadways and we'll get new information that's just now coming out. >> we'll be l

lauren ricke lauryn ricketts has been working on some stuff as well. has went ahead and tweeted out there could be a possible tornado headed towards upperville and middleburg in loudoun county. we are looking at a possible tornado in that area. if you are in that area, you want to go ahead and get inside because -- seek shelter because there could be a tornado on the ground. it could be rain wrapped. go ahead and seek shelter right now. we saw a lot of trees down just around the round hill area. possible tornado may have come through that area. this storm has a history of producing severe weather and severe winds knocking trees down, possibly creating some power outages. take cover in this tornado warning. thas we have a lot more to look for as we head into really the evening, late evening hours. this will move our way. this line of storms, you can see ahead of it severe thunderstorm warnings in west virginia right now. this is a line of storms that is going to be here in just about two hours and 45 minutes, here in the d.c. metro area. in areas to the
