it happened on friday when 17-year-old lavar allen was getting ready. r ran into some trouble trying to tie his tie. ( mark ) his mom didn't know how, so he decided to ask his neighbors. lavar lives near a police station and an ambulance. he stopped by both places and asked for help. lavar ran into a paramedic who was able to help him: ( mark ) lavar and his family met with the paramedic after this picture went viral to thank him for tying lavar's tie.
