lawrence. we want to update folks about this power outage, being reported at berkeley. since about midnight, more than a thousand customers without power. in north berkeley. the cause is still not known. and still not known when they're going to be able to get the lights back on. we also spoke with the berkeley police department. they say this is mostly a residential area. north of university. south of gillman. and fortunately, it is not affected any major intersections in the area. but if you do come to an intersection with the streetlights out, of course treat it as a four-way stop. we are also following an accident on the upper deck to the bay bridge. they were doing some road work, where it was blocking a couple of lanes that may still be out there. now, this accident was reported right before you get to treasure island. and we are seeing some slowing on our sensors right now, coming up the incline. so expect some minor delays. once you get past the tunnel, and past treasure island, traffic flows by all the way into san francisco. so right now we are seeing slight d
