let's check the weather with lawrence karnow. but first traffic. >> south hayward bart station is shut down. we thought they would clear the tracks and wrap up the investigation before bart service started this morning but unfortunately, that's not the case. so again it's just the south hayward bart station that is closed but sometimes things like this have a ripple effect around other commutes. they are working to get shuttle buses in place between union city and freeway. looking at the bart map again hayward is the end of the line. bart has been very busy on twitter this morning. so you can see the latest tweet says there's no bart service south of hayward station due to police investigation. they hope to resume full service sometime after sunrise. checking other bay area proceeds roads, here's a live look at the bay bridge toll plaza. no other major hot spots. traffic comes into san francisco okay on the roads. so you can use the bay bridge this morning with no big delay. the left lanes may be closed due to overnight roadwork
