cast leah schools say they take full responsibility for going over the enrollment count this upcoming school year, but they say they don't have any immediate plans to scale back. the school, 33 students over capacity allowed by permits issued in 2000. neighbors say more students will make an already crowded street even worse. the school plans to request a new permit in order to avoid fines and other penalties. >>> the bike party is branching out tonight. that has police warning commuters to brace for possible delays. the bike ride normally takes place in san jose and attracts as many as 5,000 riders. this month it will be starting in sunnyvale and going through mountain view and palo alto before turning around up in stanford. since the cyclists plan to use major roadways, police are warning drivers to be careful and watch out. the ride is scheduled between 8:00 and midnight. so beware. >>> meantime cal police looking for the driver who hit a group of bicyclists riding home from last month's bike party and simply took off. the riders were on west campbell at about 1:00 a.m. on july 20t
