you saw the president say it, he believes james comey is a leaker. you see his outside counsel saying this there will be a leak complaint filed. can you walk us through on a legal perspective. what teeth does this have and could it have an impact on comey? >> well, first of all, let's admit that it's been successful because it's what we're talking about and now about what mr. comey said about the president. i frankly think that's what this is all about. what they say is he's going to file two complaints, one with the department of justice inspector general. now that seems like it will be somewhat, because at the time that mr. comey by his own admission gave a friend of his a copy about one of the memos that he wrote about the flynn meeting and asked him to get the note out, he was no longer in the government. the insctor general investigates what people in the government do. now arguably when mr. comey was in the government he took the memo home. but if that's the sum and substance of the doj inspector general's investigation, that would be weak tea.

let's talk about the hacker, now, the leaker, i should say a. contractor working for the nsa, 25 years old, apparently accessed this classified do you mean, printed it out and shared wit a journalist. they shared wit another contractor to ask if it was a valid document and then that contractor shared it with his or her bosses to let them know that this was out there and then when they did an investigation, they were able trace it back to this leaker in part based on a very simple fact t. image of the document had a crease in it, which seemed to show it had been printed out. they looked at how many people had printed out this document. it wasn't very many. through some good defective work we were able to trace it back to this leaker, who now faces serious charges. cnn spoke to her mother. she has a court appointed attorney, facing a very challenging legal future. >> thank you for that. >>> the clash between president trump and the mayor of london is escalating. sadiq khan now renewing his call for canceling the president's upcoming state visit to
