leeann suter spoke with oscar grant's family last night in los angeles. >> anger and outrage from oscar grant's family after learning the performer bay area rapid transit officer convicted of shooting the 22-year-old is set to be released from jail. the judge handling the case ruled johannes mehserle as served enough time and earned enough credits to warrant release. >> the judge, robert perry, is the reason why johannes mehserle is getting out in less than 11 months. it's painful us to as a family. there was no accountability, there was no justice in that courtroom. >> at an emergency town hall meeting at the members of collation for justice, they are viesing their frustration, saying mehserle is receiving preferential treatment. >> he was sentenced to state prison and he never set a foot outside of the county jail. he did a country club bid. he did less than the time michael victorino did for the cruelty to animals. >> mehserley said he thought he was grabbing his taser to subdue grant who was unarmed but accidentally grabbed his gun. the case that sparked violent pro tests was moved
