jonathan: new developments months after this scary scene in leesburg. a woman was killed in the crash and the driver of the bus who hit her has been charged. alison: four other people were injured. one of them is still in the hospital. mostit is one of the harrowing images captured in northern virginia in recent memory. first responders pride open the vehicle to save the lives of a family trapped inside. the person suspected of being responsible for this horrible trash will appear in court for th the police a the driver of the bus converted into a food truck ran a stop sign in ashburn in september and plowed into a withcarrying five people five people. a woman died at the scene. her husband who was not in the car at the time tells us their oldest son, a senior in high school, remains hospitalized and is doing well considering. the driver was indicted on multiple counts, including involuntary manslaughter, reckless driving, driving without a license, without insurance, and failure to have the vehicle inspected. he told authorities the brakes failed. the
