barely moving, winds today of 3 miles an hour in the lehigh valley.ng the day, we'll see more of a sea breeze coming in off the ocean. to will keep the shore cooler while the rest of the area, still pleasant, low 80s this afternoon. cooler than yesterday. tomorrow, a different story. look at those winds shifting. they become more southerly. that's the beginning of a warmup for our area that will have us near 90 degrees later this week on wednesday. but it looks like a one-day warmup. we are in the clear right now. no clouds or barely any clouds. just a few high clouds moving through central new jersey, to the north and west. if you look far enough, you can find showers and thunderstorms moving through montana and north dakota. that's important for us. this is what's going to cool things down later in the week. this will move into our area. but before it does, we'll get a warmup that will have us into the upper 80s and near 90 degrees on wednesday. until we get there, beautiful weather for today and tomorrow. humidity very low today. still nice and com

look at the heavy downpours moving into the lehigh valley. now-i have thunderstorms tracking to the northeast at 25 miles an hour. that puts these storms in smyrna at just after 6:00 this morning andç sea breeze at just after 6:30. for the lehigh valley, for berks county and now portions of chester and montgomery county, you can see the heavy rainfall that is moving to the east. this will eventually be moving through west chester, wilmington, philadelphia and into south jersey. so grab your umbrella. more showers and thunderstorms on the way today. already a couple inches on the ground in the lehigh valley. so you can see localized flooding on areas that normally flood. be on the lookout for that this morning. 74 degrees at 11:00 an a chance of more storms at that time. for philadelphia, it's 76 degrees right now. i'm not looking for a big warmup. the temperatures should be holding pretty steady if not coming down a little bit with that rain. 75 degrees, a chance of showers and thunderstorms at 7:00. umbrellas will be going up at 10:00 and t
