time warner has done experimentation with metering, and i just came from a lunch where john leibowitz of the fcc was surprised that metering had not caught on more, that heavy users, in fact, should pay a little more. what is time warmers thoughts on that? >> guest: well, we don't have any plans to roll out anything like that at this time, but i think john's points were very good. those who use less should pay less. i think it would be great if we could lower prices or not take prices up as fast for people who use a lot less, so we're delighted that people are using more, growth of internet traffic is skyrocketing, particularly growth during high time, 8-10 p.m.. it's difficult to keep up with the growth, but it's terrific for us. people are getting more and more value from their connections, and that's exactly what we want. >> host: so in the area where your job integhts with washington, what's your message to washington regulators or to the congress about what to do to encourage this growth or not stand in the way of it. >> guest: i think not to stand in the way of it is just the wa
