let's check in with meteorologist leigh glaser. >> leigh: no records have been broken that could happen as more data comes in this afternoon. live doppler 7hd just picking up a few high clouds drifting across the bay area. i want to point out we still have a red-flag warning. it in effect until 7:00 this evening for the solano county area, all the way out towards sacramento and even the stockton area, including parts of the car -- fire could spread rapidly as the winds gust from 15 to 20 miles-per-hour. wind speeds right now, already starting to pick up a bit. but more out of the west. more of an onshore wind event which means we'll cool down tomorrow. gustsgusts to 30 at sfo. 10 in napa. a big cooldown tomorrow. we'll look at the numbers in a bit. >> the rising temperatures and dry conditions have self fire -- several -- crews suspect inspect homes to ensure home owners have 100 feet of clearance. >> as a home owner myself, if a fire breaks out in any of the areas i would like the fire department to come in and have a chance to save it. so it's pretty much an investment. >> inspections

leigh glaser is tracking the storm. >> leigh: let's take a look at live doppler 7hd. you can see a lot of the activity has moved on out of the area, headed towards sierra. but early 'er in drl earlier ine day much of the rain that fell was north of the golden gate bridge. we're starting to see some move into the sacramento valley area and even some sunshine now being reported in the north bay, but right there, as you see, 580 there never livermore, the higher elevations is where we're seeing a little spotty rain, and going down towards morgan hill, 101 south, toward gilroy, that's where we're seeing some pockets of rain right here as well. mainly the higher elevations. i want to show you our satellite radar composite. this is at 10:00 this morning. young see the moisture feeding in right into the north bay. the golden gate bridge right here. and then as it went to 2:00, everything just started to slide on towards the east, and it looks like we might get a little break tonight, but you can see the jetstream, more rain expected in the accuweather seven-day forecast. >>
