leon? >> alison a florida father is facing first-degree murder charges tonight after police say he threw his 5-year-old daughter off a 60 foot tall bridge. investigators say an officer pulled over 25-year-old john tuck over for speeding near the sunshine skyway bridge in st. petersburg and they say he got out of the car and started walking towards the officer. when the officer pulled his gun, they say that johnchuck pulled his daughter out of the passenger's side of the car and that's when he tossed her over the bridge. >> we don't know if the child was alive at the time the child was thrown into the water. the officer said he thought he heard the child scream but he's not sure. >> she was recovered about a mile away from where she went in the water. investigators say johnchuck immediately drove off afterwards and led police through a chase to a neighborhood community until they were able to use traffic spikes to stop him. johnchuck was allegedly acting strangely hours before the incident a
