that potential is primarily west of washington, along the blue ridge. 54 degrees right now in leonardtown, 54 stafford, the rain totals about a quarter inch. we will have one to two inches by the morning. the rain should be wrapping up by about 7:00, 8:00 in the morning. as we look at the conditions, lots of rain across the eastern seaboard that will remain the case. the low-pressure currently over the midwest. this will churn the moisture our way. as that churns moisture, it looks like we will have the potential of whether coming in the form of severe storms. we will watch the severe storms very carefully, looking towards the afternoon. looking also towards the evening. we have the potential of hail and gusty wind with the system as it works its way close to the region. that weather will continue the next 24 hours. the futurecast, monday, 7:00 a.m., as we put this in motion conditions dry out midday, good news near 80 degrees. i think we will cool off looking towards the week as we head midweek. watch the flood potential overnight, especially along the blue ridge. severe weather tomorrow
