leslie yee will be laid to rest. he is the one confirmed fatality from last week's boating accident. the deadly fishing accident that happened off the coast of mexico. mr. yee was a san francisco native. he served in the u.s. army until 1971, and then he spent 37 years at the "san francisco chronicle" newspaper as a manager of transportation. his body was found shortly after the accident but seven men all from northern california are still missing. their 115-foot boat the erik sank minutes after a violent thunderstorm capsized the boat. all passengers and crew were tossed into the sea of cortez. the u.s. coast guard called off the search on tuesday, nine days after the accident. the mexican authorities usually call off their search and rescue mission four days after an incident. that, however, has family members of the missing fishermen frustrated and disappointed. they want closure to the horrific accident saying the only way to do so is to bring home the family members. >> we are not going away. and we're not givin
