[inaudible conversations] [inaudible conversations] [applause] [inaudible conversations] [inaudible conversations] >> there's a huge hispanic population in the area. what we see is a lot of the hispanics are --. we want for all students -- [inaudible] not only hispanics but everyone has that opportunity. whatever circumstances you may be in, that's important right now. >> the issue that is important for me in arkansas as animal welfare and animal rescue. we deal with a lot of abuse and neglect and we don't have law enforcement backing. we have laws of arkansas but they are not enforced so it's a big issue for us that we deal with what the animals and see what they go through him we don't have anyplace for these animals to go. we don't have the funding for them and people are not held accountable for the abuse they inflict on animals. that's a big issue for me, stricter laws and
