leslie brinkley caught up with me of the frustrated drivers. >> i talked to dozens of drivers who, as you said were frustrated and enraged over the prospect of being stuck on the bridge and exited in the city. it was a mess on the bridge, they said. they described stopping dead in the middle of the span. the people, they said, got out of the cars and milled around and waited and waited. one caterer was late for three deliveries. >> we're supposed to get to the city. on the radio sthe said that they're sitting there, laughing, and a lot of us have work to do. they're not thinking about people that have to work an get somewhere. you know? >> i heard it was a hour delay. people telling me they were late for work. other people saying they were missing a flight at the airport. reporting live on the embarcadero, abc7 news. >> that is very frustrating. leslie, thank you. let's take a look at sky 7 hd. checking the back up on the bay bridge, that is the mcarthur maze area, you know, 80 over westbound to the bay bridge. >> the question is when will traffic get back to normal? we're joined live
