abc 7 reporter leslie brinkley is near the fire line and spoke with firefighters just a short time ago. what are they saying tonight, leslie? >> well, over 500 acres burned here. it's believe the fire started here along this road at what's called rush ranch nature city. it quickly moved east. you can see the black charred earth here along grizzly island road. they're still investigating what triggered the fire. no cause yet for this aggressive brushfire that started near a nature center as it burned toward a dump. the leading wall of flame climbed up and down the dry grass lands in the center of grizzly island south of suisun city. the plumes of smoke became several plumes by early afternoon as 18 engines from eight different fire departments responded here to keep the brushfire from spreading. they cut firebreaks with dozers. crews from the potrero hills landfill worked the edges with water trucks. >> it's definitely one day we have 15-miles-per-hour gust to 20. the smoke is impacting kind of the city of dixon, vacaville areas. so unfortunately, if we can get it out a little quicker t
