leslie yee. mr. ye is the one confirmed fatality in the deadly fishing accident off baja. he served in the army until 1971 and then spent 37 years at the "chronicle" as a manager of transportation. mr. yee's body was found shortly after the accident. but seven men all from northern california are still missing. the 115-foot boat the eric sank minutes after a violent thunderstorm capsized their boat. all 26 passengers and crew were tossed into the sea of cortez. the u.s. coast guard called off its search on tuesday nine days after the accident. the mexican authorities usually call off the search and rescue mission four days after any incident. that, however, has family members upset. they say they want closure to this accident saying the only way to do so is to bring home their family members. >> we're not going away. and we're not giving up. and we continue to press this request until we actually receive satisfaction. and the ultimate goal is to bring our family members home. >> now, this group has been going on these fishing trips for the past 25 years. all of these men w
