coalitions have a bit of a rocky history in lesotho. in 2012 when they came to photo, that was the first coalition government. it was hoped that would be the solution for all the problems. it wasn't that's what led up to the alleged attempted coup in august, and why we are here two years earlier than expected at elections again. >> obviously there's a lot of trading under way. we don't know the final numbers are. those who have been voting what do they think they are voting for, how secure do they feel in a country. this is the thing. people were hoping with this election there might be a clearer winner a bigger majority. that has not happened. we might not have that coalition system. it's not what happened. we have gotten close results here. there was only 4,000 votes. there's not much in it. so people are going to be back at square one. we have another coalition government and there are fears that the african union warned before we came to the election that things were tense politically and between the security i forces. in the backgr
