and the family of chandra levy is entitled to a fair trial. those prosecutors knew about that up until about a week ago, they have fought, fought very hard not to get a new trial to drag this thing out. finally they just, you know, finally they just admitted that this was, you know, a reversible error and the judge is granting a new trial. these prosecutors are deplorable for not handling this much sooner. >> there is a certain standard and we talked about it when we dealt with the marilyn mosby analysis. there is a certain standard that a prosecutor has to adhere to when i was a prosecutor. i didn't always have a body. i didn't always have forensics. i didn't always have eyewitness. it doesn't mean that the murder didn't have happen by the defendant that i prosecuted. the fact they made this huge concession throwing their hands up in the air until the court were not going to object to a new trial is a huge red flag. it doesn't mean that yuan dick can i was not the person who actually murdered chandra levy. >> i agree. but by the prosecutor's
