the lights are still on here at levi stadium here at 5:00 a.m. a lot of workers are still breaking down from that late-night concert. the big news, the 10:00 curfew was broken. people were leaving here around 11:00 last night. fans were ready for the late night. coldplay didn't take the stage until right before 9:00. stadium management wasn't going to step up. the 49ers said public safety officials made it clear to them ending a concert like that could create a public safety emergency. santa clara police said they were fully stabbed and mindful people were thinking about the mass shooting at that concert on sunday. neighbors, though, were dealing with the loud music late into the night. >> it gets very loud, sometimes even when we close all the doors we still hear it in the home. it's very difficult to sleep especially for the kids. >> reporter: the city of santa clara says it will fine the management $750 and $1,000 for a violation. the 49ers are concerned concerts may not come again unless this curfew issue is resolved. the vice mayor said thes
