i see my friend, senator levin, on the floor. he most certainly understands this issue better in many ways than i do on the technical side of it. he's helped write this bill. i'm hoping that he will give even a better explanation than i've been able to give. but i think i've covered it pretty broadly and he can go into a lot more detail about the possibility of fraud in here if it's not locked down. and i'm going to end with just a word to my community banks, because i have tried to become a champion nora champion for them. i think they can appreciate it. i'm not 100% sure. i really believe in independent banks. the independent community bankers of america sent a letter supporting the house bill. i'm going to call them over the weekends and talk with them specifically about my concerns and ask them to reconsider their position. our compromise i think is very good for our community bankers. i don't know whether they will or not. i know that they want to get rid of some of the onerous requirements that were placed on them in the sa
