commissioner levitan: i know you're not the architect, but do you know what percentage of the overall square footage is designated for the visitor center? >> about 2500 square feet. buildings are 45,000 square feet. the buildings and the driveway in between the two buildings. >> are you aware that -- commissioner levitan: are you aware if they have considered putting all of it underground, if that is even a feasibility? >> it has been considered at a high level concept, but the installation starts to become an issue. right now, the building is ventilated from vents along the two walls, so if the whole building were to be covered, those ventilation structures would go on the roof, and at that point, we have a bunch of structures on the roof that you would more than likely need to ensure the security of the site, and people we would fence off the facility. commissioner levitan: ok, thanks. >> do you know the square footage or footprint of the former plant that was taken down in 1996? >> it was about four and a half acres. >> that would be 160,000 square feet. wow. a little over that. pr

my first two auditions and meetings with chris lloyd and steve levitan was me walking in a room and ae chat with me and would you mind terribly standing up? as they all sort of stared at my stomach trying it figure out is this vaguely doable? i was still getting larger. >> larry: you still got it with that? >> i had to go and audition, just, you know like everybody else except for ed o'neill. he did not audition. >> did you audition with the laundry in front of your stomach and the sweater? >> no. i did audition with -- i wore a lot of stripes to fool the eye and perhaps -- and perhaps a dramatic scarf. >> our director directed the pilot. he was also nominated for an emmy. he did a great job with that. something you said there, though, about the materials. i know i wanted this part so badly. all of us shared that in common. as actors, you audition all the time and think if it happens it happens, if it doesn't it doesn't. this one i knew if i didn't get i would be really, really upset for a long time. >> larry: did you want it badly, ty? >> yeah, badly. i was lucky enough to work with
